We offer a free cancellation window of 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental start time. If you need to cancel your reservation and notify us more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing or transaction fees. This allows us to release the vehicle back into our fleet schedule and offer it to other clients.
To initiate a cancellation, you must email billionairesfleet@gmail.com or call our support team directly. Cancellations must be confirmed with a timestamp to qualify for a full refund.
If your reservation includes any third-party services (e.g., chauffeur or delivery), those providers may have their own policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. All cancellations within the free window are subject to verification and approval by management.
if you cancel your reservation within 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to the total rental amount. This fee helps offset the loss of opportunity to rebook the vehicle and the administrative costs involved in managing the reservation.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental time, the full rental amount is non-refundable, and no credit will be issued. Last-minute cancellations leave us with limited chances to reallocate the vehicle, especially during peak dates or high-demand weekends.
Clients who fail to show up or do not respond to verification requests within a reasonable time before pickup will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be automatically canceled without refund. Please note that no-shows are strictly enforced and may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider. The refund amount is based on the time of cancellation and any applicable fees, such as administrative, late cancellation, or third-party charges.
Refunds do not include non-refundable service or processing fees, even if you cancel within the free window. If your rental included vehicle delivery, chauffeur services, or optional add-ons, those charges may be excluded from your refund depending on the timing of cancellation.
In rare cases — such as extreme weather events, natural disasters, or unforeseen travel bans — Billionaires Fleet may offer booking credits instead of monetary refunds. These credits are issued at our discretion and can be applied toward a future rental within a set timeframe.
We understand that schedules can shift, so we offer flexible modification options as long as the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your original rental start time. You can change the pickup/drop-off times, rental duration, or even vehicle selection (based on availability). We do not charge modification fees if the changes are made on time and do not impact availability.
Modifications requested less than 24 hours before your rental may be subject to rescheduling fees or denied based on logistics and scheduling. Any increase in rental cost due to a longer rental period, upgraded vehicle, or added services must be paid in full at the time of modification.

All changes must be confirmed by a Billionaires Fleet representative and reflected in an updated rental agreement.Please note that modification flexibility may be limited during holidays or promotional periods with strict availability.
Reservations made under special offers, promotional rates, or discounted packages (such as multi-day or week-long prepaid rentals) are subject to modified cancellation and refund terms. These bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are priced under limited-time offers and block off high-value vehicles from our availability calendar.
Cancellations for prepaid or promotional rentals will not be eligible for full refunds. If canceled more than 48 hours in advance, you may receive a partial credit toward a future rental, valid for up to 12 months. Cancellations within 48 hours are typically non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
Modifications to promotional bookings are allowed if availability permits, but any changes must meet the same value as the original promotion. If you downgrade or shorten the rental period, you forfeit the difference in value.
All terms associated with promotional rentals will be outlined clearly at the time of booking. By accepting a discounted rate or promotional package, you acknowledge and agree to these specific terms.
