Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to: providing false documentation, misuse of the rented vehicle, late returns, damage to property, or violation of any local, state, or federal laws while operating our vehicles.
In the event of termination, you may be held liable for all outstanding rental fees, damages, and additional penalties. Any misuse of the vehicle — including reckless driving, off-road use, unauthorized drivers, or exceeding mileage limits — may also result in immediate termination of the rental, vehicle retrieval at your expense, and forfeiture of your security deposit.
Billionaires Fleet also reserves the right to deny service to any individual at our discretion, especially if there’s a prior history of policy violations or unsafe conduct. We are committed to protecting our fleet, brand integrity, and the safety of all clients and drivers.
To access our booking services, users must create a verified account on the Billionaires Fleet platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including a valid driver’s license, contact details, and payment credentials. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Each user is responsible for all activity conducted under their account. Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the registered driver. For safety and security, Billionaires Fleet may request additional identity verification before approving any reservation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse our platform, or violate any part of this agreement. Any attempt to bypass account verification, fraudulently reserve vehicles, or misrepresent your identity will be flagged and result in immediate blacklisting from our service.
Maintaining a user account in good standing is required to access premium benefits, fast-track bookings, and earn loyalty perks.
By renting a vehicle from Billionaires Fleet, you agree to use it in a responsible and lawful manner. Our exotic and luxury vehicles are not to be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or commercial purposes such as ridesharing without explicit written permission. You must operate the vehicle in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations at all times.
Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Allowing an unapproved driver to operate the car will result in full liability and immediate contract termination. GPS tracking may be used for security and usage monitoring purposes.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the vehicle's condition throughout the rental. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, negligence, or misuse will result in additional charges. This includes interior damage, excessive dirtiness, tire damage, or improper fueling (e.g., using the wrong octane).
Smoking, vaping, or transporting pets inside the vehicle without permission is strictly prohibited and may incur cleaning fees or penalties. You are expected to return the vehicle on time, in the same condition it was received.
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the start of the rental period. Billionaires Fleet accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments include the daily rental rate, applicable taxes, insurance fees (if selected), and a refundable security deposit. The deposit amount varies by vehicle class and will be returned within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
In the event of late returns, over-mileage, damage, or any violations of the agreement, additional charges may be deducted from your deposit or billed to your card on file. A valid card must remain on file for the duration of your rental.
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Billionaires Fleet to charge your card for any outstanding fees, penalties, or additional services used during your rental. You will be notified via email or SMS regarding any such charges with a detailed breakdown.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a reservation is confirmed and paid for, your price is locked in.
We value your trust and take your privacy seriously. All personal and payment information provided to Billionaires Fleet is securely encrypted and stored using industry-standard security protocols. Our website is SSL-secured, and all transactions occur over protected channels.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental start time to receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable service fees. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full rental amount.
Due to the limited availability of exotic vehicles, each reservation blocks out inventory for your exclusive use. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and protects our premium fleet from underutilization.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment and processed within 5–7 business days. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability, but standard change fees may apply.
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events, Billionaires Fleet reserves the right to issue credits or reschedule bookings at no additional charge.
